Shipping Services -
CATVIndia.com provides top-class shipping or delivery services by Delhivery Courier, Ecom Express, Ekart Logistics, Xpressbies Courier, Indian SpeedPos, and other couriers to all our customers; we try to provide services fast and on-time delivery.
We understand that once customers pay for the order, then the biggest question comes "Where is my order?” So we keep this question in our minds and do our work on a priority basis.
Each order we receive will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order ships, we will provide your tracking information by email.
Shipping Mode:
We ship all orders by registered and reputed Local and National courier services using surface and air services. It depends on which service you choose at the time of order.
Shipping/handling/packing Time:
Usually, we ship all orders within 24-48 hours but sometimes it may be delayed due to the non-stock of product. So we try to refresh our inventory. But still, it takes 24-48 business hours for packing and handling.
Delivery Time:
After shipping, all orders will deliver within 5-7 days but sometimes, it may be 7-10 days, depending on customer location or weather conditions.
In Metro cities, we deliver orders within 3-4 business days. It also depends on which shipping service you are going to choose at the time of ordering.
But please keep remembering that the Surface Courier / Logistic post may take 10-20 days to deliver the product to your home.
If we are unable to deliver your item due to no service area or out-of-stock items then we provide a full refund.
Shipping charges:
Shipping costs may vary by location and product weight.

Maximum Shipping Charges - Depends on your Cart item qty or weight.
** Shipping charges shown on the website are not real shipping costs charged by courier companies, So we have mentioned FLAT average shipping charges for all locations until we create a shipping system on our website.
For Example:
If someone places an order from Mumbai to Mumbai then he will pay Rs.149 for a 2kg shipment, where the actual shipping cost may be Rs.50.
In the same way, if someone places the same order (2kg shipment) from Mumbai to Delhi then he also has to pay Rs.149 where the actual shipping cost can be Rs.250 or more.
** Shipping charges shown on the website also include our packing cost and handling costs.
Delivered to the Wrong Location / Address:
The customer will be fully responsible for the wrong delivery due to the wrong address, wrong contact number, or pin code. We cannot refund in this manner. So before payment please double-check your shipping address and pin code.
If it is delivered, due to a courier mistake or our proven mistake, then we will provide you a replacement order.
Wrong Product Delivered-
if any case you have received the wrong product, you should contact us within 24-48 hours by email, we request you to open the courier parcel with a video recording so that you can submit proof of the delivery of the wrong item, if we ask.
Please Note: The delivery time frame mentioned in product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon the availability of the product, address where the order needs to be delivered courier issues, and other circumstances that might affect delivery.
