What is the status of my order for free to air receiver and LNB?

By Email -

To check your order status, check your registered email Id. Because we are doing all the communication regarding your order update, Tracking Information, and other updates by sending an email.

By Log-in -

Although you can log in to our website using your email ID and password to check the status of your order. If you have forgotten your password then you can use forget password link.

After login in your account check Order History link and find all the comments or updates regarding your order.
