Return, Refund & Cancellation

We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are manufacturing damaged, defective, wrongly delivered & incompletely packaged. Subject to the product condition we are informed about such discrepancies with immediate effect at the time of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

1. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations by CATVIndia :

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with www.catvindia.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. 

Some of the situations that may result in your order being canceled include (but are not limited to): 

  •     Product No Longer Available With our supplier Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  •     Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  •     Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
  •     Inaccuracies or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information 
  •     Problems Identified By Our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department
  •     Inaccurate or Insufficient Address
  •     Non-Serviceable Locations
  •    We do not accept more than one order as Cash on Delivery. Place a single COD order below Rs.2000, otherwise, the order will be canceled.
  •       At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  •     If your order is canceled after your payment has been made, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you.
  • We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. (Handover to the courier).


Claim on Undelivered Orders -

  • If your order is not delivered within the time frame (Maximum within 20 days), please inform us so that we can check with the courier partner.
  • We can not take action after this period because the courier company refuses to provide information about POD (Proof of Delivery).
  • So we can not help you after 20 days from the date of dispatch/shipment.


Claim on broken Parcels -

  • You should not accept a damaged parcel from the courier person. Please reject the delivery if you think something is not good, you can inform us.
  • Please do not accept the broken / opened parcel from the courier person. It will be your responsibility to check the parcel carefully before taking delivery.


Claim on DOA Products -

  • if you have received a manufacturing defective or dead on arrival, you must inform us within 24-48 hours to get a replacement.
  • If you have not reported it then we will provide a warranty as mentioned on the product description page. In this case, we can not provide a return pickup, or can not provide a replacement. We will provide service till the warranty period after that nominal service charges will be applied for each service.


2. Return Policy: -


How to process for Return:

In Case of Manufacturing defects -

You have 24-48 hours to inform us by contacting Sales@catvindia.com for received damaged and manufacturing defective items after delivery.

If your return request is approved then we will inform you with RMA No. and Return Shipping Address. A return shipping label will be provided, if return shipping is not available then you have to courier us.


In Case, if you want to exchange for another item -

  • You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it after informing us.
  • (Not applicable on non-warranty products after 48 hours)
  • To be eligible for a return, it must meet the requirements below:
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase or catvindia.com order no. or transaction ID.
  • Return shipping is not available, you have to bear courier charges, or courier from your side.
  • You also have to pay courier+packing charges for your exchange product.

We cannot do:

  • After Shipment, we can not cancel or refund any order. We can provide replacement, exchange, and service only.
  • We cannot provide a refund if the item is not a manufacturing defect, you have to prove it.
  • A Return pickup service is available only if you have proven a manufacturing defect, in any other case it will not be provided.

After the Return is Received at the Warehouse

  • Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on the shipper / Courier Company selected.
  • Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
  • Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either an exchange or a replacement when you return your product.
  • If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved.
  • If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
  • 3. We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.

Non-Warranty Products - 

Non-warranty products are like LNB, Splitters, switches, brackets, and plastic selves. The warranty is not provided by suppliers or brands but we are specially providing the warranty for all the items available on the website till 48 hours if the product has any manufacturing or DOA problem.


3. Refund Policy:

If your order is approved for a refund then your refund will be processed in the same way as you paid,

For Example, if you paid us by direct cheque, then we will send you a cheque.

if you paid by an online payment gateway then we will give you a refund by an online gateway which you will receive directly to your bank account.

We don't have the option to refund Cash on Delivery orders so you can choose any other item as an exchange.

We cannot provide any other way to refund your amount. We can not transfer to any other person, 


Refund Time:

Usually, we refund all approved orders within 5-7 working days, but sometimes it can take 7-15 days due to banking holidays or any system issue.
